The Benefits Of A Vegetarian Lifestyle

The vegetarian lifestyle is beneficial in so many ways, surprisingly the rate of consumers converting to this lifestyle is rapidly growing. It is important to know that there are very different kinds of vegetarian lifestyle catergories to fall under 4 to be exact. There are Lacto-vegetarians, Ovo-vegetarians, Lacto-ovovegetarians, and Vegans. Some consome dairy products while another option is to not consome eggs or dairy products and exclude honey. Vegans only consume plant-based food with no exceptions of the other 3 vegetarian catergories. Vegetarians live by a strict code to avoid any protien consumption of animal origin not even (fish or seafood). It is very important to make sure your body is getting all of it's nutrients for brain and nervous system function and proper blood flow. Vegetarians and Vegans need to avoid developing vitamin B12 deficiency in which they are at higher risk of developing while on this diciplined journey whether it's for ethical, enviromental, or economic reasons.
